Payment Policy
All payments will appear in the credit and debit card statement as “EC Publishing”. All payments must be made to EC Publishing LLC.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES that payments should be made to any other business accounts. We are not held liable to any payments that were wired or paid to any different business name other than EC Publishing LLC.
At the event that one of our employees and its affiliates advise to pay other business account names, this is unauthorized transaction, please do not proceed and contact us immediately at 352-644-6538 or email us at info@ecpublishingllc.com.
PUBLISHING AGREEMENT:
The Author may cancel the services at any time, without cause, with written notice in the form of a certified mail notice or other receipt or traceable delivery service, including email where return acknowledgement is received, to the other Party.
If the agreement is cancelled, the Author is subject to the reimbursement guidelines set forth by the Publisher as follows:
a.) Before submission of any of the book materials:
▪ One (1) to fifteen (15) days after purchase date: 100% refund.
▪ Sixteen (16) to thirty (30) days after purchase date: 100% of the paid amount less $150 for administrative fees.
▪ Thirty-one (31) days after the purchase date: No refund is given.
b.) After submission of any of the book materials:
▪ No refund is given.
c.) No refunds for any “Hot Deals or Discounted” Promotions.
MARKETING AGREEMENT:
Prior to the beginning of fulfillment of individual marketing service(s):
A. 0-30 calendar days after the purchase: 100% of purchase price, less $150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
B. More than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the purchase: No Refund. However, it is transferable to other publishing and marketing services.
C. No refund for “Hot Deals or Discounted” Promotions. No refund for Billboard advertising due to limited spots.
D. After EC Publishing begins fulfillment of individual marketing service(s), there is no refund.
E. Fulfillment: Fulfillment of a marketing service occurs either when the Client returns the required form for the corresponding marketing service, whether or not completed fully or correctly, or when EC Publishing begins work on the marketing service, whichever occurs first.
F. Termination of Purchase Agreement/Refunds: If EC Publishing terminates this Agreement with “Cause”, then no refund shall be granted. If EC Publishing terminates this agreement without “Cause” at any time prior to fulfilling the marketing service(s), a full refund is granted. Otherwise, NO REFUND. “Cause” means:
i. The Client behaves in an abusive or uncivilized manner;
ii. The Client is unwilling to cooperate and unresponsive within the time frame of the service;
iii.When EC Publishing receives a formal or informal allegation, complaint, demand or action in any form made by a third party relating to the Client.
No Warranty:
Client understands and agrees that EC Publishing does not guarantee the outcome or contracts that a client will obtain. Marketing campaigns may produce varied results, depending on the quality and sales potential of every book. EC Publishing merely provides the essential marketing service programs to help a book achieve its maximum sales potential.
Refund Timeframe:
All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
